A room with a view

The guest room is a Queen size double with ensuite bathroom and private entry through French doors from the rose covered verandah. The room is elegantly decorated in modern country tones from which fortunate guests awake to one of the first sunrises of the Southern Hemisphere. Breakfast is served on the verandah or in the inviting kitchen where the noises of the start of a new farm day mingle with the sound of the sea. Lunch and dinner are served around the long kitchen table where conversation may precede a long soak in the candle-lit bath under the stars.

Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date, 100% cancellation fee applies. If your reservation is cancelled 28 days - 7 days prior to arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee applies. When we are able to replace a booking, no cancellation fee is charged.
